Liz, founder of Roots of Intention Studios, is a licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue, sports, and medical massage. Her work focuses on ongoing body maintenance, muscle tension, mobility, and recovery. Combining focused techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point work, and assisted stretching, Liz tailors each session to your needs and comfort. Whether you spend long hours at a desk, lead an active lifestyle, or need consistent attention to recurring tension, her approach supports more comfortable movement and lasting self-care habits.

Energy work that combines Reiki with tuning forks and sound bowls to encourage deep relaxation, balance, and a renewed sense of harmony.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hour's notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to provide the space to another client who may be waiting.
