Policies
Expectations:

Punctual - Clients are expected to arrive on time! Please arrive early to find parking and use the restroom prior, avoiding anytime cutting into the session.

Respectful - We must be mindful with our actions and words! Please refrain from using the term "MASSEUSE" as this is VERY INAPPROPRIATE! The correct term is Massage Therapist!

Clients must try to keep limbs relaxed while the MT is draping the sheets, this allows the MT to properly drape the client without any exposure.

If the MT does not feel comfortable/safe, we reserve the right to terminate the session. (NO REFUND)

Communication - Please announce to your MT if you need less or more pressure or feeling any discomfort! If you liked a certain technique or stretch better than another, this allows your MT to customize the session for you!​
Contraindications

​Arriving post workout with excessive sweat.

Having any skin peeling.

Open sores/cuts/scrapes

Bruises/burns/blisters

Contagious conditions that place therapist and other clients at risk.

Inflammation due to injury/infection

Acute medical conditions such as any recent surgeries or injuries.

Certain medications require precautions such as pain medication, blood thinners, cardiovascular medications, and cortisone shots.

First trimester pregnancy, eclampsia, and preeclampsia.

Deep vein thrombosis

Cancellations/No shows:
- A 48-hour notice is required to avoid fees. If a session is cancelled 48 hours in advance there is no charge.
- Clients that have a history or canceling and rescheduling often will not be able to book exclusive hour slots! Appointment slots require time to book, canceling with short notice keeps the business from booking other clients.

Memberships/Packages:
- Memberships are 12 months long and cannot be cancelled or switched to another membership, after 12 months members can choose to continue or cancel.
- Packages (4 sessions) must be used within 6 months or sessions are lost.
- All sessions roll over until the end of contract.
- Sessions cannot be transferred​ unless you have a membership with two sessions per month, one session may transfer every six months.
- When a membership due cannot be renewed for the month there's a one-week grace period to update payment methods. If the account is not updated within the week, it goes into suspension mode where all appointments are cancelled until updated. If the membership is still not updated two weeks after due date, the membership is automatically cancelled.
- Once a membership is cancelled any unused credits are voided.
